Our Approach

Our focus is to alleviate some of the biggest immediate and urgent needs we have identified over the years. Some of them are:

  • Healthcare: Immediate medical procedures and treatments, services and checkups for the family

  • Livelihood: Urgent basic necessities like food, clothing, housing and services

  • Education: Scholarships for schooling needs for children and adults

  • Mental Health: Access to counseling and mental health resources

  • Rest and Respite: Opportunities for time off, family vacations and rest

  • Spiritual Vitality and Formation: Coaching and mentoring to ensure spiritual health

The way we will decide who to to provide such help for, is by following these two steps:

1. Connecting:

  • Referral-Based Approach: We work exclusively through referrals or personal relationships to ensure trust and relevance. Working with proven and kingdom-minded pastors is a high priority for us.

  • Personal Assessments: Conduct individual assessments to gather pertinent information. We will work to better understand the specific situation, context and needs of each pastor and his family.

  • Partnerships: We will begin a relationship with the family to ensure a responsible contextualization and understanding of the family’s situation.

2. Caring and Funding:

  • Holistic Care: Provide support that goes beyond material needs, focusing on the urgent mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of pastors and their families.

  • Resource Allocation: We will assess the best way to cover the immediate needs through researching the best options for treatment and services.

  • Specific Interventions and Aid: Offer targeted and tailored assistance, based on a process that ensures a thorough understanding of the context, the person, the need and the possible solutions.
